Terms of Use

By using Folo (FoloCRM) you agree to these terms. We wrote them in plain language because we want you to actually understand them — not just click "agree".

1. The service

Folo is a cloud CRM: contacts, deals, follow-ups, tasks and reports. We continuously improve the service and may add or change features in ways that serve our users.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You can add team members and control their permissions — you are responsible for their use of the system.

3. Your data is yours

Everything you enter into Folo (customers, deals, files) remains fully yours. Full export tools are available at any moment, and we only use your data to operate the service as described in our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam and no illegal activity.
• No attempts to breach the system or access other users' data.
• No reselling or copying the service without a written agreement.

5. Plans & payment

• The free plan is available with the features listed on the pricing page.
• Paid plans renew monthly; cancel or downgrade anytime from settings — effective at the end of the paid cycle.
• Price changes apply to future cycles, with advance notice.

6. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but like any cloud service, interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice — except in severe cases (breach attempts, fraud), where suspension is immediate.

8. Changes to these terms

Substantial changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
